Child Safety Standards

For riseitsocial.com and the RiseItSocial Android and iOS apps.

RiseItSocial has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualising minors, and sextortion. RiseItSocial is for people aged 18 and over.

What we prohibit

• Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers children, in posts, images, videos, messages, live sessions, profiles or any other part of the service.
• Contacting or attempting to contact minors for sexual purposes, or sharing links to such content elsewhere.

How to report

• In the app: use Report on any post, issue, campaign, community or profile and choose "Child sexual abuse or exploitation". These reports go to our moderators.
• By email: srikantkumar15@gmail.com, with a link to the content if you can.
• You can also report to India's National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930. If a child is in immediate danger, call 112.

What we do

• We remove CSAE content as soon as we become aware of it and permanently ban the accounts involved.
• We preserve evidence and report it to the relevant authorities, including Indian law enforcement under the POCSO Act, 2012 and the IT Act, 2000, and NCMEC where applicable.
• We comply with all applicable child safety laws.
